- Vinifikation / Ausbau: Der Wein gärt 10–12 Tage lang im Edelstahltank bei ca. 30 °C. Anschließend erfolgt die malolaktische Gärung und eine kurze Reifung im Edelstahltank. Die Abfüllung und der Verkauf erfolgen üblicherweise im Frühjahr nach der Lese. Anmerkungen: Dank sorgfältiger Selektion, optimaler Belichtung und sehr geringer Erträge werden Trauben von höchster Qualität gewonnen, die zu komplexen Weinen führen.
- Empfehlungen: Er passt hervorragend zur Küche der Langhe und zu generell sehr schmackhaften Gerichten. Ausgezeichnet zu Pasta, Reis und Suppe, geschmortem oder gegrilltem rotem Fleisch und mittelreifem Käse. Auch als Aperitif, zu Vorspeisen und Aufschnitt ist er ideal.

Great product!

I have a history of radiation to the head and neck due to cancer. I usually use xylimelts for nighttime which are my go-to. And I can't really sleep without them. But because I use the xylimelts every night, I sometimes get sore gums. I bought this as an alternative. It works well but not as great as xylimelts. It keeps the cheeks and gums hydrated but not the tongue. I still woke up and had to have water because my tongue was dried out. It's the best backup to xylimelts I have found for overnight relief so far. Definitely going to buy again. Likely for daytime use and as a backup to xylimelts.

The Book Family Therapy Techniques is an excellent tool for new counselors. The book provides numerous family situations with an array of treatment approaches that a therapist can use to assist families. The various techniques used by the therapist help them improve relationships between parents, siblings, grandparents and children.

Another great book on Structural therapy. When Minuchin writes, it feels like he is speaking directly to you. Not many books are both educational and enjoyable, but his are. If you are interested in studying Structural, you want this book.

An enjoyable reading
