Eisenguss-Töpfe und Pfannen nutzten schon unsere Großmütter und bei guter Pflege können das auch noch unsere Enkel tun. Natürlich besteht auch die b.iron Serie zu einem großen Anteil aus recyceltem Material, das ist für den Nachhaltigkeitsanspruch von Berndes obligatorisch. Zudem speichert Eisenguss Wärme eine lange Zeit und gibt sie gleichmäßig ab, wodurch beim Kochen viel Energie gespart werden kann. Perfekt sind die b.iron Produkte zum Schmoren geeignet, einmal scharf angebraten kann ein köstliche Braten lange Zeit im eigenen Saft garen, denn durch die Aromanasen auf der Innenseite des Deckels kondensiert Wasserdampf und tropft gleichmäßig zurück in den Topf. Doch nicht nur saftige Braten oder kross Gebratenes in der Pfanne, in den b.iron Töpfen können auch Brote gebacken werden. Außen knusprig, innen weich - perfekt. Außerdem sind Sie mit b.iron nicht auf den Herd in der heimischen Küche angwiesen, die Produkte halten auch die Hitze eines Lagerfeuers aus und liefern dabei ganz spezielle Genussmomente - Berndes Specials eben.
Material: Zum Großteil recyceltes Eisen wurde im Gussverfahren verarbeitet. Das Material speichert die Wärme perfekt und gibt diese beim Kochen gleichmäßig an die Speisen ab - das hilft letztlich auch beim Energiesparen. Darüber hinaus ist das Material extrem langlebig und multifunktional.

Green Apple is the best!
Set name: Warheads Sour Green Apple
Love these, I am subscribed for every two weeks, they last me one a day at work until the next shipment. Yay! Green sour apple is just the best. It’s slightly sour and refreshing. I work graveyard and stay awake all night with one of these. Super effective, great value for the money since I’m getting them cheaper this way than buying one a day at the convenience store next to my house. They’re sugar free but use sucralose, which is wannabe sugar but still, I’d say better for me (pre-diabetic) than real sugar.

Red Berry Drink
Set name: Sour Patch Kids Redberry
I drink one of these red cans when I get to the shop in the mornin. The taste reminnd me of the candy my kids liked when they were small. It has a sour kick at first but a sweet taste comes next in my mouth. I feel awake after I finish the can. My focus stays sharp while I work on the mashines for a few hours. I do not feel jitters in my hands or my chest like I do with some coffee. The liquid has no color which is fine with me because it does not stain my teath. I keep the pack in the small fridge in the garage to keep them cold. It is a good choice for days when I have a lot of heavy labor to do. My brother tried one and he thought the flavor was tart but I think it is right. I do not feel a crash when the afternoon comes. It is a way to get energy for my shift. I like that the cans are tall and hold much to last a while. My wife says I look alert when I use them before our walk.

I’ll buy it again.

Ghost is very good. Especially comparing it to other energy drinks that literally tingle your whole body if you drink it too quickly. When I’m looking for energy drinks I really want more focus and mental energy over simple caffeine high and energy. This does give me both. In a good way. It has been very effective in what it says it does. Definitely value for the money over buying it at the gas stations one by one. Buying it in bulk definitely cuts the cost down. Energy levels peak very well without a crash at the end. The ingredients seems to be very good because my body doesn’t feel heavy afterwards.
