Mit 225 farbigen Waggons bauen 2 bis 5 Spieler strategisch Strecken zwischen deutschen Städten, um die auf ihren geheimen Zielkarten angegebenen Verbindungen herzustellen. Die Jubiläumsausgabe besticht durch hochwertiges, exklusives Spielmaterial, darunter 110 Wagenkarten, 62 Zielkarten, eine Bonuskarte für die längste Strecke und fünf Zählsteine.

Das Spielprinzip orientiert sich an dem klassischen "Ticket to Ride"-System: Die Spieler sammeln passende Wagenkarten in verschiedenen Farben, um Streckenabschnitte auf dem Spielplan zu besetzen. Dabei gilt es, die Konkurrenz zu überbieten und geschickt zu planen, um möglichst viele wertvolle Verbindungen zu erfüllen. Der Spielablauf ist übersichtlich gestaltet und erlaubt einen schnellen Einstieg für Einsteiger und erfahrene Gesellschaftsspieler.

Das Spiel endet, sobald ein Spieler nur noch wenige Waggons übrig hat und die letzten Züge absolviert sind. Punkte werden für gebaute Strecken, erfüllte Zielkarten und die längste zusammenhängende Strecke vergeben. Die Jubiläumsausgabe ist damit ein ideales Spiel für abwechslungsreiche und taktische Runden beim Spieleabend oder als Bereicherung jeder Spielesammlung.
