Die THÜROS Wasserschale ermöglicht das indirekte Grillen mit dem THÜROS T3, THÜROS Toronto, THÜROS T4 und den THÜROS II Modellen.
Der Vorteil des indirekten Grillens liegt darin, dass das Grillgut nicht direkt von unten, sondern von den Seiten gegart wird. Durch diese Methode wird das Bratgut saftiger als bei der herkömmlichen direkten Variante.
Anwendung: Die Wasserschale zur Hälfte mit warmem Wasser füllen und seitlich im Grillkopf positioniert. Durch die einseitige Abschrägung passt die Schale perfekt an den Rand der Kohleschale.
