Dieses Buch stellt die erste Publikation der Sammlung dar.Ali Bakhtiari ist ein iranischer Kurator und Kulturforscher, der für seine bedeutenden Beiträge zur modernen und zeitgenössischen iranischen Kunst bekannt ist. Im Laufe der Jahre hat Bakhtiari zahlreiche Ausstellungen an angesehenen Orten weltweit kuratiert. Im Jahr 2012 gründete er ABBookness, das erste autonome Projekt im Nahen Osten, das sich der Produktion von Künstlerbüchern widmet. Darüber hinaus hat er wichtige Monografien über iranische Künstler*innen herausgegeben.
