Die drei neuen Songs setzen klanglich mal auf Motown-Feeling, mal auf vertonte Friedensbotschaften, um schließlich auch den Countdown zum Jahreswechsel in einen brandneuen Song zu verwandeln. Ebenfalls ganz neu enthalten ist die Aufzeichnung des Weihnachtskonzertes aus der Verti Music Hall in Berlin, 2022 - jetzt auch endlich auf DVD & Blu-Ray.

Den Kern der neuen Edition bilden dabei jene 13 Songs des gefeierten Originalalbums „Not So Silent Night“, das vor einem Jahr direkt auf Platz 1 ging. Es handle sich dabei, so Connor, um „kein klassisches Weihnachtsalbum mit ‘Ave Maria’ und ‘Stille Nacht’, sondern um eine Platte mit selbst geschriebenen neuen Weihnachtsliedern“ – wie etwa dem euphorischen „Ring Out The Bells“, dem besinnlichen „24th“ und dem Titelsong „Not So Silent Night“, der „ein typisches Weihnachtsfest bei uns zu Hause beschreibt“, wie Connor verrät. 

“Für mich ist Weihnachten, wie auch der Titel der Platte ausdrückt, nicht nur ein besinnliches Fest. Für eine berufstätige Mutter bedeutet Weihnachten viel mehr als nur eine besinnliche Zeit“, so die Sängerin, die auch sehr gut auf Überkonsum, Hektik & Co. verzichten könne.

Das Album erscheint als 2CD (inkl. Studio + Live-Version) im Digipack, sowie als Live-Produkt aus 2CD, DVD, Blu-ray, sowie als 2LP.
