Mit dem innovativen und patentierten Seat-Lock Befestigungssystem ist die Tasche aus abriebfestem Nylongewebe super stabil, schnell montiert und ebenso rasch und rückstandslos wieder demontiert. Durch die Adapterschelle ist das Seat-Pack QR sogar für absenkbare Sattelstützen geeignet und benötigt dabei lediglich 4,3 cm Platz an der Dropperpost. Die Innenversteifung und fünf Kompressionsgurte sorgen dafür, dass der Inhalt sicher und fest verpackt ist. Ein Ventil mit Griffschlaufe unterstützt die Komprimierung des Packvolumens und auf der Außenseite ermöglicht die elastische Kordel das Fixieren von zusätzlicher Ausrüstung. Um Beschädigungen bei Reifenkontakt zu verhindern, ist an der Unterseite des Seat-Pack QR eine Schutzplatte angebracht, die ebenso als Schutzblech-Ersatz dient.

Kompatibilitätshinweis

Ob dein Sattel geeignet ist kannst du ganz einfach prüfen:

  1. Das Sattelgestell muss am Knickpunkt mindestens eine Steigung von 34° haben
  2. Vom Knickpunkt gemessen benötigst du entlang des Sattelgestells jeweils mindestens 13mm Abstand zur Sattelklemmung und zum Sattelunterboden
  3. Die seitliche Unterkante deines Sattels muss mindestens 14mm höher sein, als die Unterkante des Sattelgestells (am Knickpunkt gemessen)

Folgende Komponenten sind leider nicht geeignet:

  • Carbon-Sättel
  • Gefederte Sattelstützen
  • Sättel mit außergewöhnlichem Sattelgestell zB. SQLab Active, Brooks B67 (=> beachte 2.)
  • Elektronische Vario-Sattelstützen zB. Rock Shox Reverb AXS oder Magura Vyron

Solltest du dennoch Probleme bei der Erstmontage haben, achte darauf, dass das Seat Lock System auf der Tasche möglichst weit nach vorne (zur Sattelstütze hin) verschoben ist und die vier Sicherungsschrauben des Seat Lock Systems gelockert sind. So lässt sich die Tasche am einfachsten montieren und eine passende Position finden.
