Der Exzenterschleifer ETS 150/3 ist der Favorit für den Feinschliff und Feinstschliff. Als Leichtgewicht seiner Klasse erzielt er mit 3 mm Schleifhub höchste Oberflächengüte bei gleichzeitig hoher Leistung dank MMC Electronic. Ob waagrecht, senkrecht oder über Kopf, mit der Kombination von Softgrip und ergonomischem Stabgriff passt sich der ETS 150/3 allen Handbewegungen an. Extrem ruhiger Lauf, stufenlose Drehzahlanpassung, sogar während des Schleifens und die sichere Tellerbremse machen den ETS bestens geeignet für perfekte Oberflächen. Er erzeugt das beste Oberflächen-Finish durch 3 mm Schleifhub. Eine Tellerbremse sorgt für sicheres und fehlerfreies Arbeiten ohne Nacharbeitskosten. Eine lange Lebensdauer wird durch das doppelreihige Kugellager garantiert. Mit nur 1,8 kg Gewicht ist er für besonders ermüdungsarmes Arbeiten gut geeignet. Er hat außerdem eine stufenlose Drehzahlvorwahl und -konstanthaltung bei Belastung. Für Feinschliff geeignet.

This is a great guide for underwriting multifamily deals for someone with some basic to moderate knowledge of underwriting. I am a new student to this field and have to stop and google some of the acronyms. For a future version, I think adding an extra page for the acronyms used, definition and equation would be helpful. I think that the font could be larger and darker. Adding mathematical formulas in the book would provide visualization as well. Rob can also provide a sample OM for the reader to use with his underwriting model and compare to his completed one. Again, I am a newbie so my review may change as I gain knowledge in this area. I enjoyed listening to Rob on Youtube/Podcast and hope to learn more from him.

As context, I've underwritten about 100 deals and attended some basic underwriting classes. Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
