Unsere Bio-Rindsbratwurst besteht ausschließlich aus bestem Fleisch von unseren eigenen Rindern.

In unserer hofeigenen Metzgerei wird die Bio-Rinderbratwurst von unseren erfahrenen Metzgermeistern mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl zur Grillwurst zubereitet. Mit jahrelanger Erfahrung werden nach alten Handwerksverfahren allerfeinste Rindsbratwürste hergestellt. Zur Fleischmasse werden Kräuter wie Thymian und Ingwer hinzugefügt. Zusätzlich werden feinste Bio-Gewürze wie schwarzer gemahlener Pfeffer und Kümmel ergänzt, um am Ende einen runden und intensiven Geschmack zu erzielen. Dadurch erhält die Rinderwurst ihren eigenen Charakter.

Nachdem die Masse fertig verrührt ist, wird sie in Schafsdärme abgefüllt und gebrüht. Durch den Brühvorgang bleibt die Wurst länger haltbar und wird so zur klassischen Bratwurst.

Außerdem ist die Bio-Wurst bereits vorgegart und eignet sich hervorragend zum Braten oder Grillen.Es ist wichtig, dass die Pfanne oder der Grill gut vorgeheizt ist und die Bio-Wurst bei mäßiger Hitze und unter regelmäßigem Wenden goldbraun gebraten oder gegrillt wird. Bei der Zubereitung in der Pfanne sollten die Bio-Rinderbratwürste beidseitig mit Öl gebraten werden, um eine knusprige Textur zu erzielen.

Das Biofleisch für unsere Würste kommt ausschließlich aus unserer eigenen Aufzucht. Rinder halten wir ganzjährig im Herdenverband auf unseren großflächigen Weiden. Dort dürfen sie langsam und behutsam aufwachsen. Am Ende ihres Lebens werden Sie direkt auf der Weide angst- und stressfrei geschlachtet. Somit vermeiden wir jegliche Tiertransporte. Das hat maßgeblichen Einfluss auf den besonders guten Geschmack.

I decided to lavish myself by buying this soap, because it’s a bit more pricey. But it’s actually saving me more money, at this rate I’ll be buying another one of these every 3 months!
