Die gusseisernen Backplatten sind beidseitig verwendbar. Sie verfügen über eine glatte und eine geriffelte Seite, ideal für Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse.

 

Reinigungshinweis:

Gib etwas Leinöl / Rapsöl / Kokosfett oder Petromax auf die Gussplatte und verteile es mit einem Küchenkrepp.
Achte darauf, dass lediglich ein dünner Ölfilm entsteht.

Erhitze das Öl auf kleiner bis mittlerer Stufe im Grill.
So kann sich das Leinöl langsam einbrennen.

Nach einer halben Stunde sollte das Öl eingebrannt sein.

Lasse die Platte abkühlen, reibe sie erneut mit Öl ein und wiederhole das Prozedere.

Nach dem Auskühlen kannst du eventuell vorhandene Ölreste mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen. Benutze keinesfalls Spülmittel.

The only time it sort of a pain is when I fold it. In saying that, I would buy again. The velvety side is a soft tan/beige and the fur side is creams, off white and variations of the tan/beiges.
