Polymaker Fiberon PET-CF17 ist ein carbonfaserverstärktes PET-Filament für den 3D-Druck strukturell steifer und maßhaltiger Bauteile.

Was ist Polymaker Fiberon PET-CF17

Das Material basiert auf PET als Polymermatrix und enthält einen hohen Anteil kurz geschnittener Carbonfasern. Die Faserverstärkung erhöht den Elastizitätsmodul und reduziert thermisch bedingte Verformung.

Im Vergleich zu unverstärktem PET zeigt PET-CF17 ein deutlich steiferes Materialverhalten und eine geringere Neigung zu Warping.

Polymaker Fiberon PET-CF17 wird für funktionale Bauteile eingesetzt, bei denen geometrische Stabilität und mechanische Steifigkeit gefordert sind.

Welche Probleme im 3D-Druck werden gelöst

Unverstärkte PET-Materialien neigen bei größeren Bauteilen zu Verzug und Maßabweichungen. Das erschwert präzise Montage und Wiederholgenauigkeit.

Der Carbonfaseranteil von PET-CF17 reduziert Schrumpfung und Durchbiegung deutlich. Bauteile behalten ihre Geometrie auch bei längeren Druckzeiten.

Materialverhalten und Druckeigenschaften

Das Filament zeigt ein stabiles Fließverhalten und eine gleichmäßige Extrusion. Die Fasern stabilisieren den Schmelzfluss und verbessern die Kantenstabilität.
