Als österreichisches Unternehmen führt RIESS natürlich auch eine Schnitzelpfanne. Aber lassen Sie sich nicht von dem Namen täuschen! Die runde Backofenpfanne mit dem hohen Rand und zwei Griffen eignet sich zwar hervorragend zum Herausbacken knuspriger Schnitzel, ist aber auch sonst vielseitig einsetzbar: Schmor- und Eiergerichte und sogar asiatische Wokgerichte gelingen in der Schnitzelpfanne aus Emaille. Mit ihren zwei praktischen Griffen kann sie direkt auf den Esstisch gestellt werden und eignet sich so auch als Servierpfanne.
Die Schnitzelpfanne kann auch ohne Probleme bei hoher Hitze in den Backofen gestellt werden und als Backform oder Backofenpfanne verwendet werden z.B. als Gratinierform für überbackene Schinkenfleckerl und sogar als Backform zum Brot backen.
Der Werkstoff Emaille besteht aus Eisen, das bei hohen Temperaturen mit Glas verschmolzen wurde, also aus natürlichen Rohstoffen.
Das Kochgeschirr aus Emaille kann auf allen Herdarten (Gas, Elektro, Glaskeramik, Induktion und sogar über offenem Feuer) verwendet werden. Dank des Eisenkerns wird die Wärme schnell geleitet und dann gespeichert: für nachhaltiges, energiesparendes Kochen.
Perfekte Hygiene garantiert die porenlos, glatte Oberfläche aus Glas. Diese ist aromaneutral und bakterienhemmend und zudem leicht zu reinigen. Bei sachgemäßem Gebrauch und richtiger Pflege macht Emaillegeschirr lange Freude und behält seinen typischen Glanz.
Verwendung:
Auch der Kaiserschmarrn, ein süßes österreichisches Gericht, kann in der Schnitzelpfanne im Ofen fertig gebacken werden.

Alba packaging stinks

Complete waste of money! I ended up tossing it out because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to use. You should be able to twist the top to lock/unlock and spray it. NOPE. The top just spins and doesn’t catch or you cannot twist it at all. It’s also virtually impossible to spray. I had to hold it against my torso and press with both thumbs to get it to spray. Meanwhile, it’s leaking, the bottle is getting slippery. And then the spray goes EVERYWHERE, it’s not a narrow spray but it’s as if you’re dusting crops. I tried to see if it needed a certain pressure point, two fingers, bloody hell it’s not a Magic Mouse you should be able to unlock and spray it with one hand.
Anyway, Alba needs to do some QC on their packaging. The last pump lotion I got, the pump also did not work. It just spun and spun and could not be unlocked. I had to wash and reuse the pump from an old bottle.

Best sunscreen brand! Fair, sensitive-skinned and rely on this

Alba Botanica is my favorite brand for sunscreen products and it checks all the boxes on my list: Excellent long lasting coverage, fine mist spray and easy coverage cream versions, great for my sensitive skin (no breakouts- I do NOT use it on my face though), the Hawaiian fragrance is pleasant, it’s reef safe (a big one for me as a snorkel/dive aficionado), and organic ingredients. The large size lasts 5 full days when on a boat all day in the Carribbean, and I only apply it twice (once in morning, and again midday.) I have fair skin, and I never burn. The spray version is, by nature of its aerosol capacity, a bit drying on the skin, but this is to be expected, and it creates a long lasting barrier. The cream version is a wonderful emollient, although not quite as long lasting. Best deal is only in the summer season at CostCo for a 2 pack... in my searches, Amazon has the best deal otherwise.

In most of all circumstances, this works

For Summer time and when playing and working in the sun, this is my go to sunscreen! I love how it is more natural than all the other ones out there. I have been sort of a spray on sunscreen connoisseur and this is the one that is my favorite. Also, if I have gotten a burn and put this on it, I believe it helps start the healing process on the burn I got. This is at least what I experienced multiple times last year.
The only circumstance that this sunscreen fails miserably is in the Caribbean. I recently went on a cruise to that region and applied this sunscreen and it became evident that this and the other brands of spray on sunscreen do not work in Caribbean sun. The only sunscreen that works is the lotion based stuff that you rub into your skin. I have also consulted with friends on spray on sunscreen in the Caribbean and they all fail as well.
So, this is why I say that it works in almost every circumstance.

spray nozzle needs work.

I purchased 3 of these cans. Only one of them worked and that one was ok. Sprayed well, smelled good and and protected my skin and even though it was hard to press it to work, we WERE able to use it, but the other three .............? They would not rotate to the unlock position, therefore they would not spray. My husband and I tried everything to get it to rotate. It seems both the top and bottom ring spin around effectively doing nothing. So to pay almost $40 for only one can to work is definitley not worth the money. Buy somewhere else.
