Das Mahlwerk befindet sich im oberen Teil der Mühle, wodurch das überschüssige Mahlgut zurück ins Innere der Mühle fällt. Dank des Drehens der Edelstahlscheibe kann je nach Präferenz der Mahlgrad simpel eingestellt werden. Die minimalistischen Mühlen werden aus natürlichem Buchenholz gefertigt.
