Das LED-Kalibrierungsset für Lumitester ist die ideale Lösung zur regelmäßigen Überprüfung der Messgenauigkeit Ihres Lumitesters. Das Set ermöglicht eine kontinuierliche Selbstkontrolle Ihres Geräts und überprüft innerhalb von nur 30 Sekunden, ob die Messergebnisse noch innerhalb der vorgegebenen Spezifikationen liegen – für maximale Sicherheit in Ihrer Qualitätskontrolle.

Die Kalibrierung erfolgt mithilfe einer künstlichen grünen LED-Lichtquelle, die eine exakt definierte und kalibrierte Lichtmenge abgibt. Diese wird vom Lumitester genauso gemessen wie ein LuciPac A3 Swab. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Prüfmethoden kommen keine radioaktiven Substanzen zum Einsatz.

Funktionsweise

Mit dem Kontrollswab (Positivkontrolle) überprüfen Sie, ob die Messergebnisse Ihres Lumitesters innerhalb der Spezifikation liegen. Wird ein Messwert von 80–120 % des auf dem Kontrollstab angegebenen Zielwertes erreicht, arbeitet das Gerät einwandfrei.
Die Negativkontrolle bestätigt zusätzlich die Messsicherheit – hier muss der Wert unter 10 RLU liegen.
Bei Abweichungen kann die Messkammer gemäß Bedienungsanleitung gereinigt werden.

Geeignet für Lumitester Smart und Lumitester PD20, PD30

Anwendung (Kurzbeschreibung)

  1. Kontrollstab an die Stromversorgung anschließen und mindestens 30 Sekunden laden

  2. Lumitester einschalten und Kontrollstab in die Messkammer einsetzen

  3. Gerät schließen, „Enter“ drücken und Messergebnis ablesen

  4. Ergebnis mit dem aufgedruckten Zielwert (RLU) vergleichen

Got one of these for our Rodesien Ridgeback when he was a puppy, and it worked well. So, when my daughter rescued two medium-sized dogs (one is an Australian Cow dog mix, and the other a Plott Hound mix) it was a no-brainer. The Plott Hound mix has jaws of steel and destroys anything and everything he can get his mouth around, except items from this maker. This is the only toy brand I've found that he doesn't demolish in under 5 minutes. Oh, and I'm stunned he can put bite marks in it. The Rodesien Ridgeback didn't even do that when he was a puppy, so I was surprised. However, that being said, the toy is holding up to hours of abuse. I had to buy additional toys because they don't like to share. Update on 01/09/20: these are still holding up to repeated abuse.

And because he can't shred this one, I don't find sharp bit of Nylabone fragments everywhere and it doesn't make his gums bleed either.
