Weinbereitung und Reifung
Die Vinifizierung erfolgt in konischen 30-hl-Holzfässern. 25 % der Trauben werden als ganze Trauben vergoren. Häufigkeit und Dauer des Umpumpens richten sich nach den Ergebnissen der täglich durchgeführten Verkostungen. Die Maischegärung dauert über einen Monat. Nach dem Abstich und der malolaktischen Gärung reift der Wein mindestens ein Jahr in gebrauchten Barriques. Anschließend folgt ein weiteres Jahr Flaschenreife.

Vibrant, Rich Colors
