Der Xtrian Refosk der Vinarija Veralda ist ein reinsortiger Rotwein aus der autochthonen istrischen Rebsorte Refosco (Refošk). Die Trauben stammen aus sorgfältig gepflegten Weinbergen in Nordistrien und werden von Hand gelesen, um nur die besten Früchte für diesen charakterstarken Wein zu nutzen.

Im Glas leuchtet der Xtrian Refosk in tiefem Rubinrot mit purpurnen Reflexen. In der Nase entfalten sich intensive Aromen von reifen Kirschen, Pflaumen und Blaubeeren, begleitet von feinen Noten von dunkler Schokolade, Tabak und einer dezenten Würze. Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich vollmundig, frisch und harmonisch, mit kräftigen, aber eleganten Tanninen und einem langen, würzigen Abgang.

Durch den Ausbau in Barrique-Fässern gewinnt der Wein zusätzliche Tiefe und Komplexität, ohne seine lebendige Frucht zu verlieren.

Perfekt zu: gegrilltem Fleisch, Wildgerichten, Pasta mit kräftigen Saucen und reifem Käse.

I wonder if they will help keep me cool in the summer, probably since they are actually breathable. I would definitely reccommend giving these sheets a try, worth the money and a good deal on sale. better quality that other store bought sheets.
