Material
Steel S355 (bright) — Structural steel with a minimum yield strength of 355 N/mm², good weldability and machinability. Untreated surface. Subsequent corrosion protection is recommended for outdoor use or humid environments.
Stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A) — Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel, suitable for humid environments, food areas, and outdoor use without additional coating.
Design
With ball bearing — For free-running wheels with low rolling resistance and high mileage. The low-maintenance ball bearing enables smooth, even running even during continuous operation.
With hub keyway — For use as a drive wheel. The integrated hub keyway accommodates a feather key and creates a form-fitting, torsionally rigid connection to the drive shaft. Suitable for driven trolleys, gantry cranes, and motor-driven chassis.
Typical applications
Gantry cranes, suspended structures, trolleys on girders, roller conveyors with track guidance, driven chassis, and special systems in plant and mechanical engineering.
