Der RIMDRIVE besitzt ein einzigartiges Design. Bei diesem Antrieb ist der Propeller ein Teil des Elektromotors (Rotor), und der so genannte Stator (ruhender Teil des Elektromotors) ist außen im Tunnelrohr integriert. Dadurch ergibt sich ein sehr kompaktes Design. Dank der Kombination aus ideal geformten Propellerblättern mit einem Ring, welcher diese umfasst (keine Spalte zwischen den Propellerblättern und dem Tunnel), ist der Rimdrive komplett kavitationsfrei (ohne Lärm). Der Innenläufermotor ist sehr leise. Das Einzige, was man während des Betriebs hört, ist das Plätschern des Wassers.
Der RIMDRIVE ist in 125 und 160 kgf verfügbar und braucht eine Versorgungsstromspannung von 48-Volt-DC. Das 48VDC kann entweder durch einen 110/230VAC an ein 48VDC Ladegerät angeschlossen oder durch das Umwandeln der normalen 12V oder 24V Batterieversorgungsstromspannung mittels einer DC zur DC-Konverterlösung geliefert werden. Die Tafel (BPJP) und Schnittstelle (RDIF) müssen gesondert bestellt werden.

Comfortable and bright glow!

I've had this watch for about a year and never take it off. The glow feature is so bright it will light up a dark room and blind you if you just woke up 😆. But I love it. I trimmed the strap to just fit cause it was a little long.

Okay watch

The SKEMI logo was not there in the picture posted but when the actual watch arrived it was there. I specifically purchased one which was advertised without the logo.
The plastic screen protector installed by default has couple of air bubbles trapped.
It works fine. It's an okay back up watch. I'm looking at different ones.

The best solar watch under $25 period..

If your looking for a watch under $25, that will NEVER need a new battery this is what you want.. This watch is well built, with its very clear negative display. The band has a quality feel and plenty of length for guys with big wrists..
For under $25 this is one you can't go wrong with, highly recommended!!

The size is perfect for my wrist, needed a solar watch for work in rural law enforcement, rechargeable watches weren't cutting it & frustrating when drained, so far this watch works for me, inexpensive so if damage no worries, the design is nice, the display is bright day or night so I can see it. The wrist band is a solid fit. The alarm is loud, if your looking for a work watch to save your quality watches this is for you. I recommend this watch.
