Die C3ESP PRO ist auf reproduzierbare Ergebnisse ausgelegt. Ein CNC-geschliffenes Edelstahlmahlwerk (S2C 660, HRC 55–58), doppelte Lagerung der Achse und eine seitliche, klappbare Kurbel für kraftsparendes Mahlen und kompaktes Packmaß. Das gerändelte Gehäuse liegt sicher in der Hand, ideal zu Hause, im Büro oder unterwegs.

Espresso Performance, die sitzt - Die patentierte S2C-Geometrie ("Spike-to-Cut") 660 schneidet Bohnen schnell und gleichmäßig. Das sorgt für feine, saubere Partikelverteilung was besonders wichtig für Espresso ist, funktioniert aber ebenso für Filtermethoden.

Feinabstimmung ohne Rätselraten - Innen stellt die Punkt-zu-Punkt-Verstellung den Mahlgrad präzise ein. Richtwerte (je nach Kaffeebohne und Röstung):

  • Espresso/Mokka: ca. 0,8–1,1 Umdrehungen
  • Pour Over: ca. 1,4–2,0 Umdrehungen
  • French Press: ca. 2,0–2,3 Umdrehungen

Haptik und Bauweise - Das Aluminiumgehäuse mit matter, griffiger Textur (Ø ca. 52 mm) liegt fest in der Hand. Die seitliche Kurbel klappt an, so passt die Mühle leichter in Rucksack oder Schublade. Der Auffangbehälter aus Aluminium wird aufgeschraubt und sitzt spielfrei.

Reinigung in wenigen Schritten - Nach dem Mahlen kurz ausklopfen, das Mahlwerk trocken bürsten. Außenflächen mit einem weichen, leicht feuchten Tuch abwischen und gut trocknen. Bitte nicht einweichen und nicht in die Spülmaschine geben.
