Du hast kein starkes Auftreten und strauchelst manchmal in der Leitung deines Teams? Du bist unsicher, wie du dich richtig positionieren kannst? Ein Rollenkonflikt kann die Ursache sein! Wir helfen dir, den Rollenkonflikt zu lösen und Klarheit in deiner Rolle als Stationsleitung zu finden. Deine Mitarbeitenden werden es zu schätzen wissen!

Mit dem Lernsnack kommst du durch 3 einfache Schritte zu mehr Rollenklarheit:

  1. Input: Du erhältst wertvollen Input von unserem Experten via Video.
  2. Übung: Du bearbeitest das Thema und befasst dich selbst intensiv mit deiner Rolle, indem du die dazugehörige Übung / Selbstlernaufgabe absolvierst.
  3. Reflexion & Festigung: Du reflektierst das Gelernte, diskutierst mit deinen KollegInnen und erinnerst dich mittels Lernkarte (z.B. als Bildschirmhintergrund) an deine Lernerfolge.
