È un materiale aggiunto sui fianchi di selezionate coperture da mountain bike, estremamente resistente ai tagli e alle abrasioni. Questo strato ottenuto con una trama densa e superleggera, altamente flessibile che non influenza le prestazioni della copertura.

Le coperture Maxxis tubeless da mountian bike certificate UST sono caratterizzate dalla più recente tecnologia per gli pneumatici più leggeri in versione tubeless.
