ANWENDUNGEN KFZ-BRANCHE

  • Zum schnellen Verkleben von abgebrochenen Kunststoff- und Metallhalterungen bei Stoßstangen, Scheinwerfern, Kühlergrillen, Kühlern, Gehäusen, Verkleidungen, usw... 
  • Montieren von Parksensoren, Zierleisten, Emblemen, Halterungen von Seitenfenstern, Verbreiterungen, Kabelhalterungen, usw... 
  • Zum Reparieren von ausgerissenen Gewinden in Kunststoff-, Metall- oder Aluminiumteilen

ANWENDUNGEN INDUSTRIE

  • Zum Zusammen- bzw. Ankleben abgebrochener Halterungen bei Handmaschinen, Griffen, Knöpfen, Metallteilen, Kabelhalterungen, Winkeln, Klammern, Zierleisten, Emblemen, Buchstaben, ausgerissenen Dübeln, Verkleidungen usw... 
  • Ideal um innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein ausgerissenes Gewinde neu herzustellen, oder um ein beschädigtes / ausgebrochenes Loch bei verschiedensten Schrauben, Fächerträgern, Schubladenführungen usw... zu reparieren

VERARBEITUNG

HINWEISE

  • Sorge dafür, dass alle Arbeitsmittel bereit liegen
  • Für einen sauberen, trockenen und fettfreien Untergrund sorgen
  • Untergrund mit Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic (Art.-Nr. 1565) und Multi Wipes (Art.-Nr. 1092-90) reinigen
  • Im Fall von (recycletem) Kunststoff oder heiklen Untergründen, wie Edelstahl usw. empfiehlt sich eine Vorbehandlung mit Innotec Repaplast Primer (Art.-Nr. 1595)
  • Zum Anbringen von Repaplast Fix immer die Duo Component Applicator mit den speziellen Mischdüsen verwenden
  • Kontrolliere, dass beide Komponenten ungehindert durch die Öffnungen austreten können - danach Mischdüse anbringen
  • Repaplast Fix mit der Mischdüse auf dem Untergrund verteilen und die zu verklebenden Teile so schnell wie möglich (spätestens innerhalb von 10 Sekunden) zusammenfügen
  • Die Reparaturstelle kurze Zeit fixieren, bis Repaplast Fix genügend Festigkeit entwickelt hat
  • Bereits nach 1. Min. lässt sich überschüssiges Material hervorragend wegschneiden (muss nicht geschliffen werden)
  • Nach ca. 10 Minuten lässt sich Repaplast Fix bearbeiten, z.B. durch Fräsen, Bohren, Gewindeschneiden usw.
  • Die Mischdüse immer auf der Doppelkartusche belassen, dadurch wird ein Aushärten verhindert

Now, that's not to say I haven't woken up a little on the warm side but all I need to do is readjust to a cool spot under the blanket and I fall right back to sleep. The grey is very light but it is washable as needed.

The white is very white. Honestly, I will be getting another one simply because I'm so impressed. Definitely no need to drop $300+ dollars elsewhere.
