Mega Omega 3 enthält in Softgel-Kapselform einen besonders hohen Anteil von 70 % an Fettsäuren wie EPA (Eicosapentaensäure) und DHA (Docosahexaensäure) sowie Vitamin E.

Omega-3-Fettsäuren sind essentielle Fette, das heißt, sie können nicht vom Körper selbst herstellt werden, deshalb müssen wir die richtige Menge aus externen Quellen zuführen.

Wir kennen verschiedene Arten von Omega-3-Fettsäuren. Ihre Hauptquelle ist Seefisch (Kabeljau, Thunfisch, Lachs, Makrele, Hering), aber einige pflanzliche Lebensmittel enthalten auch einen hohen Anteil an Omega-3-Fettsäuren (z. B. Leinöl, Rapsöl).

Obwohl es weit verbreitet ist, dass mehrfach ungesättigte Fettsäuren (z.B. Fischöl) positive physiologische Eigenschaften haben, jedoch ist es ein häufiger Fehler, dass wir von dieser Art von Fetten nicht genug konsumieren.

1 Tagesportion (2 Softgel-Kapsel):

  • 1000 mg Fischöl
    • davon EPA: 400 mg
    • davon DHA: 300 mg
  • 2 mg E-vitamin

Die DHA in der Weichgelatinekapsel Mega Omega 3 trägt zur Aufrechterhaltung des normalen Sehvermögens und der normalen Gehirnfunktion bei * und Vitamin E trägt zum Schutz der Zellen gegen antioxidativen Stress bei.

*Die angegebene wohltuende Wirkung kann durch die Einnahme von 250 mg DHA pro Tag erreicht werden.

Wie alle Produkte von BioTechUSA besteht auch Mega Omega 3 aus unbedenklichen und sorgfältig ausgewählten Inhaltsstoffen.

 

 

Empfohlene Anwendung: Nehme 2 Softgel-Kapseln täglich mit einem Glas Wasser. Die empfohlene Verzehrmenge darf nicht überschritten werden.

I have to use these for about 1/2 a year. I keep bronchitis and sinusitis from about Oct. to April every since I was a child. When I am suffering with these I can't breath through my nose, epically at night while sleeping and would wake up several times a night with dry mouth so bad ir was literally painful. My mom turned me on to these because she was using the with her CPAP. I sometimes have a bit of difficulty getting them to stay put but overall they are great. I have tried the OG, cinnamon, and berry. The OG have no real taste, but you wake up with a sweet taste in your mouth. I tried the cinnamon because I love cinnamon and didn't listen to the reviews stating how strong the flavor is, big regret, it's like putting two or three fireballs in your mouth, won't be making that mistake again. The berry ones are actually best in my opinion. They have a light berry flavor that isn't overpowering, isn't quite as sweet as the OG. Whichever one you choose you won't wake up in pain. I do suggest using only one at first as opposed to the two they recommend, unless you like waking up with your head on a water logged pillow. One generally gets me through the night unless my congestion is super bad, then I will sometimes have to use a 2nd one about 1/2 way through my night when I wake up for the bathroom and realize it's already completely dissolved.

Happy to have a stainless steel one
I'm a female and I tried a few others, but this one seems to be more comfortable in my mouth. I would've given it five stars, but I wish it had one side, a little bit rougher than the other side. I'm spoiled with the one I had which was plastic, but it was perfect. Otherwise one was a milder scraping than the other side, and I seem to like the more aggressive scraping. People who have never used a tongue scraper will be just fine with this and I'm going to stay with this one. Just have to do it more times.

Well-Designed and Effective
This tongue scraper is high quality and feels well-made. The stainless steel construction is solid and doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. It has good weight to it and seems built to last with regular use. It's easy to use right from the first time. The process is straightforward - you just hold the handles and gently scrape your tongue from back to front. No complicated technique needed, and it does what it's supposed to do effectively. The two handles are really well designed, which makes it easy to control. Having a handle on each side gives you a comfortable grip and better leverage than single-handle scrapers. The dual-handle design lets you apply even pressure and maneuver it smoothly without awkward angles or slipping. This works for both adults and kids with no issues. My teenager uses it without problems, and the ergonomic design fits different hand sizes comfortably. It's versatile enough for the whole family. One thing I'm uncertain about is the rust-resistance longevity. It says it's rust-proof, but only time will tell how it holds up with daily use and exposure to water. So far it looks fine with no signs of rust, but I'll have to see if that continues months down the line. Another good thing is the edges are not sharp and you won't cut your tongue even if you apply some extra pressure. The compact size makes it portable. You're getting a functional, well-designed tool that improves oral hygiene and gives you value for money. The dual-handle feature alone makes it worth it compared to basic scrapers. It's a simple addition to your routine that makes a noticeable difference.
