Das Temperatur Mess- und Regelgerät heat controller duodient der Steuerung von Stabheizern und Bodengrundheizern. Die Mess- und Schaltgenauigkeit liegt bei 0,1 ºC. Der Sollwert kann in 0,1 ºC Schritten im Bereich von 0 – 50 ºC eingestellt werden und wird auf 1°C genau geregelt. Die maximale Gesamtschaltleistung für Heizer und Bodenheizung beträgt 1.200 Watt. Durch die integrierte Doppelsteckdose können jeweils ein Heizstab und ein Bodengrundheizer gleichzeitig angeschlossen werden. Der heat controller duo ist mit einem fest angeschlossenen Temperaturfühler ausgestattet. Die LCD Anzeige gibt jederzeit Auskunft über die aktuelle Temperatur, die Uhrzeit und den Schaltzustand der angeschlossenen Geräte. Das Heizkabel wird über einen Timer getaktet, die Taktrate ist frei wählbar. Wird der gewünschte Sollwert nicht erreicht, schaltet sich der Stabheizer zu. Um ein Überhitzen zu vermeiden, werden beide Heizer abgeschaltet, sobald der Sollwert um einen einstellbaren Wert überschritten wird.
