Monopoly Banking ist eine moderne Variante des klassischen Brettspiels Monopoly, bei der das traditionelle Bargeld durch ein elektronisches Banksystem ersetzt wird. Statt Geldscheinen erhalten die Spieler Bankkarten, mit denen sie ihre Geldtransaktionen über eine zentrale Banking-Unit abwickeln. Dieses elektronische System sorgt für einen flüssigeren Spielablauf und minimiert Fehler bei der Verwaltung von Geldbeträgen.

Das Spielprinzip bleibt dabei unverändert: Die Spieler würfeln, ziehen über das Spielbrett, kaufen Grundstücke, handeln mit Immobilien und kassieren Mieten, um ihre Gegner wirtschaftlich zu übertrumpfen. Zusätzlich gibt es Event- und Location-Karten, die das Spielgeschehen durch besondere Ereignisse beeinflussen. Die elektronische Banking-Unit dient auch dazu, Märkte zu boosten oder zu crashen, was der Wirtschaftssimulation zusätzliche Tiefe verleiht.
