Der Name ist Programm: die ECM Puristika ist für wahre Kaffee/Espresso Puristen :-) Kein Schnick, schnack, nur gradlinig und simpel Kaffee brühen.

Die Maschine überzeugt uns mit der gewohnt hohen ECM-Qualität und der Reduktion aufs Notwendigste. Wer nie Milch schäumt oder einen externen Schäumer nutzt, wird mit dieser Maschine glücklich.

Unser Angebot umfasst eine gratis Schulung im Umfang von ca. 2 Stunden. Du lernst hier die Grundlagen der Espressozubereitung. Nach dieser Einführung bist du optimal gerüstet, um das Home Barista Handwerk selbständig weiter zu entdecken. Die Schulung wird entweder online per Zoom oder vor Ort in der Rösterei in Frutigen durchgeführt.
