Tement aus Berghausen ist die Referenz der Südsteiermark — weltberühmt für Sauvignon Blanc von der Ried Zieregg, biologisch zertifiziert und auch bei den vermeintlichen Nebenrollen kompromisslos im Anspruch. Wo andere Häuser Rosé nebenbei produzieren, wird hier mit derselben Präzision gearbeitet wie bei den Lagenweinen.

Der Tement Rosé 2025 entsteht ungewöhnlicherweise aus Cabernet Franc und Cabernet Sauvignon: hell gepresst, kühl vergoren und knochentrocken ausgebaut. Auf den Kalk- und Opokböden der Südsteiermark bleibt er federleicht — rote Johannisbeere, Grapefruit, ein Hauch Paprikagrün vom Cabernet Franc und eine glasklare, salzige Frische mit Zug zum zweiten Glas.

Ein Rosé für Leute, die sonst keinen trinken: präzise statt parfümiert. Gut gekühlt zu Saibling, Sommersalaten oder Ziegenfrischkäse — oder solo auf der Terrasse.

Stylish and functional.

First, I love the color. Earth tones are my go to. This is a nice shade of olive green. The design is stylish. Minimalistic is also my preference. It’s very much form and function. So I’ve mostly used this hiking. It’s big enough to store everything I needed for longer or overnight trips. I had a light jacket, sunscreen, flashlight, bug spray, several bags of snacks, a book, wipes and a water bottle. I could have packed more honestly. It’s waterproof and the material doesn’t snag or scratch. I’ve also used it for travel, mostly for my art supplies. It’s sturdy so my sketch book doesn’t bend. Theres a dozen different pockets and compartments, so everything can be separated from each other. The size is good, the strap lengths are long and easily adjustable. The only downside is the compartment for a water bottle or travel mug is pretty tight. Other than that I like it a lot.
