Die Musashi Toishi Schleifsteine sind größer als herkömmliche japanische Wassersteine und ermöglichen dadurch ein gleichmäßigeres Schärfen. Mit einer Breite von ca. 7,5 cm bieten sie mehr Oberfläche für präzises Arbeiten, auch bei längeren Klingen. Die Höhe von ca. 2,5 cm sorgt für eine lange Lebensdauer. Dank ihres Gewichts von über 900 g und der stabilen Holzbasis sind sie besonders rutschfest und gewährleisten ein sicheres Schleiferlebnis.

Not so sheer that it looks cheap but not thick enough for the white to be opaque. These are well made and hold their shape after washing and drying and come in a ton of colors. I have several and will buy more.
