Das Modell ist mit einem 3 D-Drucker erstellt und man kann die Druckmuster erkennen. Die Montage ist einfach und schnell, ein Bauplan ist im Lieferumfang enthalten. Der Kunststoff lässt sich mit gängigem Modellbaukleber verbinden. Wenn Sie Ihrem Kran Farbe geben wollen, geht dies sehr gut mit Acrylfarbe oder Aquacolor. Die Bäume, Figuren und Fahrzeuge sind Dekoration und nicht im Bausatz enthalten.

With this model, you acquire a replica of an older port gantry crane as a rotary-tilt crane (double link). As a model served the gantry crane of the city harbor of Rostock. It was used for the handling of coal, ore, wood and general cargo. It will be the sensation on your track N system as both the crane and the portal are wheeled. The crane boom has several adjustment options. The model is created with a 3 D printer and you can see the print patterns. The installation is simple and fast, a blueprint is included. The plastic can be connected with common model construction adhesive. If you want to give your crane color, this works very well with acrylic paint or Aquacolor. The trees, figures and vehicles are decoration and not included in the kit. Helpful and interesting introduction
Format: Paperback
This is a good quick introduction. A good supplement to a course on modernist literature or art. What is important is that it shows the Modernist project as something that encompassed art, literature, psychology, science, and politics--in other words, it contextualizes the movement.

Very good comprehensive introduction to Modernism

Very good comprehensive introduction to Modernism. Only not too helpful for me at the moment becasue I was looking for something more specific. Butler has this wonderful ability to make connections between the arts. He constructs a bigger picture of the Modern movement where many forms are interlinked, influenced and informed one another. He also has a longer book Early Modernism that might be more helpful if you are looking for indepth and moe detailed discussions.
