Das Gerät ist sofort einsetzbar. Für die Redoxelektrode ist keine Kalibrierung erforderlich. Die Einstellung des gewünschten Sollwertes erfolgt sehr einfach über eine Stellschraube (Schraubendreher ist inklusive).
Eine einwandfreie Funktion der Redoxelektrode sieht vor, dass diese in regelmäßigen Abständen oder nach Bedarf gereinigt wird. Dazu können Sie flüssige Zitronensäure (Drogeriemarkt) benutzen. Es wird eine Leerflasche mitgeliefert, die dann mit der Reinigungslösung befüllt werden kann.
Die Elektrode ist mit einem 3 m-Kabel ausgestattet sowie mit einem Halter aus Kunststoff, um die Elektrode am Beckenrand befestigen zu können.
