Der geschmiedete Vogel in kleiner Variante wird aus einem 12mm dickem Rundstahl gefertigt.

Alle Vögel werden handgeschmiedet und bekommen so eine einzigartige Struktur und Form.  Beim Schmieden hinterlässt jeder Hammerschlag eine Spur auf dem Material und trägt zum einmaligen Charakter des jeweiligen Stücks bei: Handwerk, das man spürt und sieht.

Die Oberfläche ist mit einem Spezialöl eingeölt, um den Rost-Prozess zu verlangsamen und eine gleichmäßige Patina sicherzustellen.
