Beschreibung

dichtol AM Spray ist ein gebrauchsfertiges Imprägnierungssystem, basierend auf einer speziellen Polymerformulierung. Durch die Anwendung mit der praktischen Sprühdose, ermöglicht dichtol AM Spray eine einfache und zuverlässige Imprägnierung von undichten Bauteile. Es können kleinste Poren von 0 bis 0,1 mm verschlossen werden. Die ermöglicht eine hohe Druckdichtigkeit, selbst bei schwierigen Objektstrukturen. Bei örtlich bekannten Undichtigkeiten  wird mit der punktuellen Imprägnierung ein effizienter Materialeinsatz sichergestellt. Ebenso erübrigen sich durch die direkte Anwendung vor Ort lange Warte- und Lieferzeiten.

    Verarbeitungshinweise

    Aufbewahung / Haltbarkeit

    Im original, ungeöffneten Behälter trocken, kühl und frostfrei (+5°C bis +30°C) lagern. Haltbarkeit 5 Jahre.

    Verarbeitung / Vorbereitung

    In den abzudichtenden Poren müssen Schmutzreste, Fremdkörper, Fett und andere Substanzen vollkommen enfertn werden. Hierzu empfehlen wir die Anwendung von DIAMANT Reiniger #1417.

    Anwendung

    Die Objekt- bzw. Anwednungstemperatur soll +40°C nicht übersteigen, da ansonsten das Eindringverhalten des Polymers reduziert werden kann.

    Streichen & Sprühen

    dichtol in 4 Arbeitsschritten in Abständen von etwa 1 Minute auftragen und mindestens 5 Minuten auf der Oberfläche feucht halten.

    Injizieren & Einfüllen

    dichtol in den abzudichtenden Raum (z.B. Sackloch, Gewindebohrung, Kühlkanal, etc.) einfülen und mindestens 5 Minuten einwirken lassen. Anschließend bei Bedarf überschüssiges Material abschütten.

    Tauchen

    Zu behandelndes Bauteil komplett in dichtol eintauchen. Nach einer Einwirkzeit von mindestens 5 Minuten das Bauteil entnehmen und gut abtropfen lassen.

    Aushärtung

    dichtol AM härtet innerhalb kurzer Zeit aus. Die genauen Zeiten entnehmen Sie bitte der Tabelle. Wir unterscheiden die Aushärtung in drei Stufen:

    Oberflächenhärtung = Zeit ab der das Material Grifffest ist und bewegt werden kann Mechanische Durchhärtung = Zeit ab der das Material mechanisch bearbeite werden kann Volle Durchhärtung = Zeit ab der das Material seine volle, chemische Beständigkeit erreicht hat

    Baking soda never works out well

    I don't know why I decided to chance it but it didn't take long for my teeth to start aching. I realized baking soda might be the cause of my toothache issues when I switched between a few and realized the baking soda ones were accompanied by aching. I think I went with this because it claims to be for sensitivity and I thought the nhap would help whatever the baking soda affected but not the case. If you have tooth ache, consider it might actually be the toothpaste and don't just go looking for "sensitive" labels. This might work in combination with other toothpaste. I.e. not multiple times a day but once a day and a different one for other brushing. I've noticed not being as able to tell when it's been a while since I brushed. This was the main change so it might be effective at cleaning. The tube is metal and hard to press but the paste consistency is less firm than others so it works out. It didn't take much to get the paste out. It gives a light foam. The taste is not sweet. It's tolerable but borders on bad.
