Hochwertige Gusspfanne von Lodge aus hochertigem Gusseisen.

Die Oberfläche ist mit einem kratzfesten emailierten Schicht überzogen und hält sehr hohen Temparaturen stand.

Bereits eingebrannt und bereit für den Einsatz.

 

Reinigungshinweis:

Gib etwas Leinöl / Rapsöl / Kokosfett oder Petromax in die Gusspfanne und verteile es mit einem Küchenkrepp.
Achte darauf, dass lediglich ein dünner Ölfilm entsteht.

Erhitze das Öl auf kleiner bis mittlerer Stufe.
So kann sich das Leinöl langsam einbrennen.

Nach einer halben Stunde sollte das Öl eingebrannt sein.

Lasse die Grillpfanne abkühlen, reibe sie erneut mit Öl ein und wiederhole das Prozedere.

Nach dem Auskühlen kannst du eventuell vorhandene Ölreste mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen. Benutze keinesfalls Spülmittel.
Zum Schluss die Pfanne mit einer dünnen Schicht Öl einreiben.
