5 gestrichene Messlöffel neprosport®High Protein Plus (ca. 50g) in 250 ml Wasser verschütteln (Shaker). Geeignet bei hohem Trainingspensum.

Verzehrempfehlung nach individuellem Bedarf:

Muskelaufau:
2 Portionen über den Tag verteilt einnehmen; direkt nach dem Training, zum Frühstück oder Abendessen.

Regeneration:

I’ve been using the BigFoot Clear Shower Curtain Liner for a few weeks now, and I'm happy with my purchase. The material feels much more premium than the typical flimsy liners.
