Das Tränkebecken Allweiler »K 2« zur Befestigung an Pfosten und Wasserleitungen für Rinder, Kälber, Pferde und Co. 

Dieses Tränkebecken mit tief geformter Beckenschale sowie die einfache Betätigung der Druckklappe ermöglichen ein natürliches und tiergerechtes Tränken der Kühe, Kälber, Rinder. Die vollständig emaillierten Oberflächen sind besonders hygienisch und verschmutzungsarm und schützen das Tränkebecken vor Korrosion und Säure.

Die Befestigungslöcher sind leicht zugänglich, Anschluss von oben und unten möglich, daher einfache Montage.

Ein ideales Verhältnis von Wasserabgabe des „HD" Ventils und der Beckengröße ist für Kälber, junge Rinder und Pferde aufgrund von Maulgröße und des Trinkverhalten erforscht und entwickelt worden. Einfach zu betätigende Druckklappenfunktion und verschmutzungsarme, emaillierte Oberflächen berücksichtigen wie bei allen HOSP-Tränkebecken auch beim K/2 die hygienischen Anforderungen.

Der Email ist ein nahezu perfekter Werkstoff und schützt die Tränke vor Kratzern, Korrosion sowie Säuren, ist besonders hygienisch, UV-Resistent und Farbstabil. Es lädt sich nicht statisch auf. Staub und Dreck können deshalb nur schlecht an der Oberfläche dieses Tränkebecken haften. Außerdem wird das Email aus rein natürlichen Rohstoffen hergestellt und ist besonders umweltfreundlich und nachhaltig, da er vollständig recycelt werden kann.

This is quite nice. It is sturdier than I expected. The way it hangs is really nice, it will be easy to lift off to paint the wall. The hinges are nice and soft close. One bad thing is it is quite smelly right away. I keep forgetting to keep the doors open to air that out so every time I open it I am still hit with the bad chemical smell. There were also sticky areas around the edges from the packaging that I had to work hard to get off and still don’t have quite all of it off.

Exceptional product !

EXCEPTIONAL is every way ! Couple of tips included. 1) Packaging. Perfect. Used high quality EPS that didn't shred and make a mess when you unpacked it. Every piece was wrapped and corner capped to prevent any damage. EVERY RTA product should be packaged this way. 2) Assembly: Easy. Every piece was clearly labeled, instructions were easy to follow. NOTE: This cabinet used a "beveled bar" type product hanger which makes it SOOOO easy. Just make sure the bar is level and centered where you want it to go, and viola! Hint: For sheetrock or drywall install, I used Hilti (toggle type) screws, not the included anchors. Hilti's are easier and more stable. If you are going into stud, obviously you can screw directly into them, but otherwise, use Hitli (toggle type). I also put a couple of small rubber bumpers on the back, at bottom of unit to help prevent it from moving around during use. Also, I'll use a couple of felt door bumpers on inside of doors as well. 2) Finish Quality: Perfect. I used "goof off" to remove a couple of stickers residue and it didn't affect the finish at all. Don't know what this finish is, BUT it seems Extremely durable, but check any cleaning agent using the mount bar as that is not seen. 3) Overall: I'd been hesitating to install this for non related reasons, but when I saw the beveled mount bar type hanger, figured I give it a shot. It was SO easy. The only thing is I bought the espresso finish, and was thinking it may have a wood grain look, but it's smooth, almost appears like a powder coat type finish, but am extremely happy with the product and highly recommend it.
