Cable Labeling Signs Features
The BRT cable markers from Texit have been specially designed for labeling cable bundles. The particularly cuddly polyester film adapts very well to different diameters and can also be used well for labeling cables. Polyester is a very conformable and flexible, but at the same time robust plastic, which is ideally suited for the production of cable marking labels. Therefore, the products can be well used for cable labeling of wires. Thanks to the low material thickness of only 0.125mm, the BRT marker can be used even when space is limited.
The cable marking labels are printed using the thermal transfer process. When using the right printer and ribbon, the result is an extremely robust label that is resistant to water as well as grease, oil, household cleaners and alcohol. In addition, they can withstand a wide range of temperatures (from -80 to +130 degrees Celsius to be exact).
Cable label size and color
BRT markers belong to the category of cable marking solutions using cable labels. They are available in our standard assortment in the color white and in the sizes 60x20mm and 40x15mm (you can find exact details in the article list further up on the website). Fastening cable labeling signs
After printing the BRT cable labels, they are attached to the corresponding cables or cable bundles using cable ties. Since thermal transfer printing is a dry printing process, the cable label plates can be mounted directly after printing. The cable ties are threaded through the eyelets to the left and right of the labeling and then adjusted to the cable diameter and tightened. This allows the cable labels to fit both thin cables and thicker cable bundles up to the line.
