Beschreibung

Was für ein Kaffee! In den Ursprungsländern der Kaffeepflanzen wird stets an der Entwicklung neuer Varietäten und Processingmethoden geforscht. Ganz neu ist der anaerobische Prozess. Doch was ist das eigentlich?


Anaerob heißt zunächst einmal "ohne Sauerstoff". Hierzu werden die Kaffeebohnen in hermetisch verriegelte Stahlcontainer zum Trocknen gelegt. Die Produzierenden haben hier einen großen Einfluss auf den Zuckergehalt, die Temperatur, den Druck und die Zeit.


Zunächst wird die Kaffeebohne aus der Kaffeekirsche gelöst und in den Fermentationstank gelegt. Die Mucilage (schleimige, zuckrige Schicht um die Kaffeebohne) wird hierbei separiert und anschließend über die Kaffeebohnen in die Fermentationstanks gelegt. Dann wird der Tank geschlossen und die unter  Sauerstoffausschluss (anaerob) stattfindende Fermentation erzeugt Stoffe, die wiederum für einen erhöhten Druck im Tank sorgen. Der Prozess wird für circa 18 bis 23 Stunden beobachtet, in der Zeit löst sich die Mucilage auf, es entsteht aber kein Alkohol in dieser Zeit. Die Produzierenden müssen hierbei stets den ph Wert im Auge behalten um den Grad der Fermentation zu kontrollieren.

Nach dem vorsichtigen Öffnen des Tanks, werden die Kaffeebohnen für circa vier Stunden in der Sonne getrocknet.

Geschmacklich entsteht ein ganz neuer Kaffeegeschmack. Sahnig und Cremig schmeckt der Kaffee aus Kolumbien. Ein ganz besonderes Geschmackserlebnis!

Results after one use!
I know different products work differently for each person. However, I really noticed a difference in lightening of my facial freckles in one use! I am a pale redhead with tons of sunspots and freckles. I was not taught to use spf as a child and have tons of spots on arms, chest, and face. As I get older, they have really started to bother me and age me. I tried the orange version of this soap years ago and really didn’t see any change. I was amazed! My elbows have never felt that good! Even with scrubs and body oils. I looked like a freak petting my elbows all day. It must be the exfoliating and moisturizing properties of this. Magic. I am sad because I had to stop using them temporarily but no fault of the product. I’ve been having SEVERE hormonal, post-pill acne. I have been hesitant to put this on my face now because I’m afraid it may make it worse. But..seeing some of these reviews maybe it may help heal it. It’s horrible anyway..why not try to reintroduce it? Hmm. Anyway, try it! What have you got to lose? I am very very very impressed with this white version!!!
