Turbolader passt Plug & Play bei allen 2.0 TDI 8V Motoren mit den Motorkennbuchstaben BMM, BMP.

Keine Anpassungsarbeiten nötig.
Abgasgehäuse und Verdichtergehäuse sind äußerlich original.
Es wird ein neuer Turbolader als Basis verwendet!!!

Änderungen:

  • Abgaskorb und Verdichtergehäuse mechanisch bearbeitet
  • größeres Verdichtergehäuse (passt p&p)
  • doppelte Kolbenringabdichtung (Verdichterseite)
  • Spaltmaß optimiert
  • größere Turbine mit verstärktem Schaft
  • größerer und leichtere Verdichter (original 46mm)
  • bearbeitete VTG (GTB - gebogene Schaufeln)
  • verstärkter und absolut verschleißfester Lagersatz
    (mit 70% Sonderteilen aus eigener Fertigung)
  • neuer Dichtsatz
  • neue Unterdruckdose
  • Justagearbeiten
  • VSR Wuchten (Protokoll liegt bei)
