BOW NOT INCLUDED: The green velvet bow is simply a suggestion of how to style your art. You can buy the same ribbon we use HERE, but please use the fixings provided to hang your frame, not the bow (for safety reasons). HOW TO: simply tie a bow, hang on a tiny nail above the frame and tuck the ends of the bow behind the frame, or affix to the wall with a little masking tape.

Shipping: All items are made to order, so please allow up to 14 working days for the framed print to arrive with you. The majority of time we can post frames out within 2-3 business days, but on occasion, there may be delays due to frame stock levels. Please do get in touch BEFORE ordering if you are in a particular hurry, and we can do what we can to accommodate.

Returns / Exchanges: Due to all items being made to order, we cannot refund or exchange. If an item arrives damaged, we will of course ship a replacement to you (hold onto all packaging and get in touch).
