Compatibility:
This RMPX™ package is compatible with all vehicle seats that have headrest posts from compact cars to full sized trucks, helicopters to MRAPs.
The RMP™ Headrest Mounting Clamp bolts around the headrest posts of vehicle seats with adjustable headrests and is installed onto the panel with aluminum backer plates. The 1" nylon webbing and heavy duty buckle loop around strap secures around the seat bottom and cinches to give a snug, solid fit.
Please note that a Spacer 1.75" [RMP™ Headrest Mounting Clamp] may need to be purchased separately for use on thicker vehicle seats. This spacer allows more room between the headrest posts and where the RMP™ mounts, necessary for thicker vehicle seats.
If your vehicle seat does not have an adjustable headrest with headrest posts then purchase the Buckle Loop-Around + D-Ring RMP Strap™ Black [Headrest] separately to secure the top edge of the RMPX™ to almost any vehicle seat.
