Upper: Features a multi-directional mesh that reduces overall weight and enhances breathability. Gore-Tex® technology keeps feet dry in wet conditions. An internal heel counter provides support and stability. It is positioned between the internal and external fabric in the rearfoot to reduce the chance of irritation.

Midsole: FluidRide® combines cushioning and lightweight responsiveness. Impact Guidance System (I.G.S.®) employs linked componentry to enhance the foot's natural gait from heel-strike to toe-off. GEL® Cushioning Systems attenuate shock during impact and toe-off phases and allow movement in multiple planes as the foot transitions through the gait cycle. FlyteFoam® Midsole technology is lightweight and provides long-lasting, responsive cushioning.

Outsole: Guidance Trusstic System® provides a lighter and more stable outsole. AHAR® ASICS High Abrasion Rubber placed in critical areas provides exceptional durability.
