What is Apoxie Sculpt putty?
Apoxie Sculpt is a type of epoxy putty that is commonly used in various art, modelling, and craft projects. It is a two-part compound that consists of a resin and a hardener, which, when mixed together, create a putty-like material. Once mixed, it has a workable consistency, similar to clay or putty, allowing it to be shaped, sculpted, and moulded into various forms.

Apoxie Sculpt putty is known for its versatility and strength. It adheres well to a wide range of materials, including wood, metal, glass, plastic, and ceramics. It can be used to sculpt detailed forms, repair or fill gaps in objects, create textured surfaces, and even attach different components together. After it cures, which usually takes a few hours to overnight, it becomes very hard, durable, and waterproof.

One of its key benefits is its ability to retain fine details and smooth finishes. It can be sanded, painted, stained, and even polished once it has fully cured. This makes it a popular choice among artists, sculptors, model makers, and hobbyists for a wide range of applications, such as jewellery making, sculpture, mixed media art, miniature modelling, and customizing figures or props.

Overall, it offers a versatile and durable solution for creating, repairing, and customising objects in the art and craft world.

Can you tint Apoxie Sculpt?
Tinting Apoxie Sculpt is a popular technique employed by artists and craftsmen to enhance their creations with vibrant colours and unique effects. By adding pigments or paints it becomes possible to achieve a desired colour or create intriguing colour combinations. However, it is essential to approach the tinting process with care, as the addition of pigments can significantly impact the original consistency and properties of the putty.

Artists can choose from a wide range of pigments, including powdered pigments, liquid dyes, or acrylic paints, to achieve the desired colour intensity and hue.

Powdered pigments are a popular choice due to their versatility and ease of use. These finely ground pigments can be added directly and mixed thoroughly until the desired colour is achieved. It's important to note that the amount of pigment added will affect the colour intensity, so artists should experiment and add gradually until the desired shade is obtained.

The more pigment added, the thicker the mixture will become, potentially affecting the ease of application and sculpting properties. Artists should strive to find a balance between achieving the desired colour and maintaining the desired workability.

Acrylic paints provide yet another option for tinting Apoxie Sculpt. Artists can mix small amounts of acrylic paint to create custom colours. This method offers a broad spectrum of colour options and allows for easy blending and layering. However, it's essential to use high-quality acrylic paints that are compatible with epoxy resins to ensure optimal results.

Moreover, tinted putty works exceptionally well with texture stamps and molds. The added colour enhances the details and textures created by these tools, resulting in visually striking and intricate designs. Artists can incorporate texture stamps or molds at various stages of the tinting process to achieve unique patterns or imprints that complement their overall artistic vision.

Experimentation with different pigment ratios, layering techniques, or even using multiple colours simultaneously can yield fascinating results.

Mixing Apoxie Sculpt with other Epoxy Putties
Mixing with other epoxy putties can provide artists and craftsmen with additional options and benefits in their projects. Combining different epoxy putties allows for the creation of custom blends that can have unique characteristics and properties.

When mixing Apoxie Sculpt with others, it is important to consider the compatibility of the materials. Ensure that both putties have similar curing times, and workable consistencies, and are compatible in terms of adhesion, such as Green Stuff, Brown Stuff, Milliput, Maxx Putty, and Magic Sculpt.

The process of mixing involves blending equal parts of each putty until they form a homogeneous mixture. This can be done by kneading and folding the putties together until they are thoroughly combined. Take care to work quickly, as they tend to cure and harden over time.

The advantages of mixing different putties lie in the enhanced properties that can be achieved. For example, if one epoxy putty is known for its strength and durability, while another excels in flexibility and elasticity, combining them can result in a hybrid mixture that possesses both attributes. This can be particularly useful when working on projects that require a balance of strength and flexibility, such as sculpting or creating functional objects.

Mixing epoxy putties also expands the colour options available. If the epoxy putties being mixed come in different colours, blending them together can create new and unique colour variations. This allows for greater artistic expression and customization in projects that require specific colour schemes or gradients.

Additionally, combining epoxy putties can offer advantages in terms of cost-effectiveness. If one of them is more expensive than the other, mixing them can stretch the more expensive putty further while still maintaining the desired properties. This can be especially beneficial when working on larger projects or when trying to minimize material waste.

However, it is important to note that when mixing epoxy putties, the resulting properties and curing times may differ from the individual putties themselves. It is advisable to conduct small-scale tests or experiments before using the mixture on a larger or more critical project.

70lb dog loves this kind of ball!
This is my dog's favorite style of ball! I have purchased others before, first from a local farm supply store and then others from Amazon, and this ball is of comparable quality to the others! The multi-tag design is great for my dog who love to tug and also to throw toys for himself. It's still inflated for now, but I'm under no pretense that it will stay that way forever. Part of the enjoyment my dog gets from his toys is in their destruction, and while we haven't hit that phase yet I'm sure it will come. This ball is great for medium to large-ish dogs who enjoy a ball that is kicked, thrown, or tugged!

So much fun
My dog is obsessed with this. It comes deflated and you have to pump it but it only takes like 30 seconds to pump. And it comes with the pump which is so convenient! It's nice because you can leave it a tad deflated so your dog can grab onto the ball part if you want. My dog has bitten it a ton and it hasn't popped or deflated yet so it seems sturdy. I like that there are multiple handles because not only does it make it easy to play tug o war but also then you can have multiple dogs playing with it at once. Has held up good over the past week and a great source of entertainment! My dog is about the size of an aussie for reference and it is perfect size for him and small enough for him to carry.

Can’t Take These Off – Ultimate Cozy House Boots!
Size: 12-13, Color: Fleece Black
Okay, I’ll be real — these Men’s Warm Up House Boots have officially replaced my old slippers. They’re insanely comfortable, super warm, and honestly, just make cold mornings way better. The thick Sherpa fleece lining is next-level soft; it feels like walking on a plush blanket ( and that's next ). I’ve been wearing them around the house non-stop ( in fact I'm wearing them now while i'm writing this review ) , and they keep my feet toasty even with tile floors and drafty mornings (New Hampshire winters hit hard). The non-slip soles are great too — I can walk from the living room to the garage without worrying about slipping. They’re flexible like socks but have that extra grip like real slippers. I also appreciate that they’re lightweight and breathable — my feet never overheat like they do in some bulky slippers. The design looks nice too; simple and cozy without being flashy. For the price, these are such a solid find. They feel durable enough to last through multiple seasons. If you’re the kind of person who wants that perfect mix of warm, soft, and practical, these are it. These are great for travel or outdoor lounging. These are a win for winter comfort!

Awesome slippers
Size: 14-15, Color: Fleece Black
Very warm and comfy, I have sasquatch feet (14 wide) and the 14-15 size fit great with plenty of room. It's very hard to find slippers in my size and these are awesome, especially for the price! Definitely recommend these, I've been wearing them pretty much daily around the house during this especially cold northeast winter and they're holding up perfectly.

Warm feet and ankles > everything
Size: 10-11, Color: Red/Black Check
So, I know the foam is going to wear out quick on these, but they are so warm I dont even care. I will update when they start getting beat up. But so far these are great. The soles on these arent the best. Its coushioned now, but even so my foot hangs off it. BUT, it is thick material and its keeping my feet and more importantly my ankles warm. Thats why I bought these. These isnt much on the bottoms to keep you from slipping hut what they have seems to be alright for now on hardwood floors. They fit true to size and are nice and stretchy, just beware the sole is a bit slim. For example my pinky toe hangs off it on both sides almost fully. Still a 7/10 would recommend for lounging around the house.
