The Tune-Bot Gig is a simple-to-use digital drum tuner that quickens your tuning process. It features a single button that allows you to toggle between the two modes while tuning a note or matching lug pitch. The backlit LCD screen makes it easier for drummers to read the frequency, note, and octave. When you turn on the Tune-Bot Gig, it automatically goes in Absolute Mode, which shows the pitch in Hz. This mode also displays the nearest note and octave.
Meanwhile the pitch dial on the LCD screen shows the pitch error. Tap the single-button to go to Difference Mode. The second mode enables you to choose one lug pitch as a reference and compares other readings to that lug pitch. The Difference Mode comes with a built-in overtone filter. It rejects sounds of more than 20% in higher/lower pitch.
PRECAUTION: Never use liquid cleaners on Tune-Bot. Best to avoid placing the product under direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. Remove the batteries if you're not going to use the tuner for long periods.
