The Dalmore 25 YearUnder the watchful eye of Master Distiller Gregg Glass, the spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex Bourbon barrels. This gives its first base of soft vanilla and honey notes. The whisky is then carefully apportioned between casks which have held 30 Year Old Matusalem Oloroso sherry and Tawny Port pipes. It is then brought back together to harmonise in a first fill ex Bourbon barrel, creating something truly exceptional. Tasting Notes:
