Players use a shared structure of hand management and card-driven action selection to build wind farms, place power lines, and claim contracts across the board. Each player begins with an identical set of action cards, but the placement and retrieval of those cards creates difficult decisions about cost, momentum, and when to reset your engine. Power lines open space on your grid board, contracts improve your income, and scoring tiles create varied routes to victory from game to game.
