Payment
Price is important factor to our customers, usually our prices arecertainly competitive, but sometimes our quality control model does not always permitus to have the lowest prices. Therefore we have created a Damaged Wheel Buy Back (Recycling)program to decrease the overall cost for our customers while alsooffering an environmentally safe way of disposing of their old wheels. Only OEM rims are qualified for  Damaged Wheel Buy Back (Recycling) program.   

We accept payment in the form of Credit or Debit card. Items will not ship until payment is received. We are required to collect sales tax to all orders. This will be added to your order upon checkout. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping Information

All wheels or products are shipped within the contiguous 48states using FedEx Ground or UPS Ground services. If rush shipping isneeded, please contact us for a quote. We can add Next Day, 2nd Day,etc. to accommodate your needs. All items are shipped in reinforcedcardboard boxes and packaged to ensure protection.

Shipments to buyers in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S.Virgin Islands or outside the United States - Please contact us for ashipping quote. Outside the U.S., buyers may be subject to local taxes,and brokerage fees. Please be aware of this before bidding orpurchasing. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.



Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt and the returned items must not be installed, used, mounted or altered in anyway. Customers may return the purchased items for any reason that makes customer unsatisfied. I used to buy pricey, handmade, 100% down pillows—until I learned about the cruelty behind down production. I stopped using down entirely: pillows, comforters, jackets, everything. Then began the long search for something that could at least come close to the comfort of down, I tried Tempur and countless others, but nothing came close. As a side sleeper, I need a pillow that’s high, SOFT, supportive, conforming, and huggable. After wasting money on at least five different pillows, I finally tried the Coop Home Goods Eden Pillow because of its adjustability. The cover is kind of thick, soft, and well‑made (I use a nice cotton pillow cover over it). The filling is soft and high quality. You can customize the height and firmness however you like. It even comes with plenty of extra fill. To my surprise, the shredded foam doesn’t make the pillow clumpy—something every other similar pillow I tried struggled with. The surface stays smooth and soft, and it’s been a total game‑changer. It’s a keeper! I’ve had mine for almost four years now and only needed to add more filling once, about 8–10 months ago. Toss it in the dryer on low with a couple of tennis balls, and it fluffs up like new. And the icing on the cake: outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this pillow and will definitely buy it again

Nothing like the original Eden, don’t buy the name

I’ve had the original Coop Eden for 5+ years and it has been a great pillow, very comfortable, soft but supportive but when I purchased a new mattress I wanted to refresh my pillow and saw the Eden Cool+ and wanted to give it a try. I figured it could only be better than the original Eden…but it is not. While the outer cover is noticeably cooler to the touch, it is not soft like the Eden. Also, this cool material mostly gets negated if you use a pillow case anyway. The shaped fill material I would also say is “lumpier” for lack of a better word than the shredded material in the original. The combination of the harder, less supple outer casing and the lumpy material just aren’t a good combination. I will say it does sleep slightly cooler than the original Eden but not enough for the sacrifice in comfort. I would absolutely consider going back to the original Eden.

So far this is the best pillow I have had in the last 10 years and I have tried two Purple pillows a couple different memory foam and Gel pillows at least 4 more pillows that I can't even remember the names of. My neck and shoulders are almost pain free. I have also been doing more stretching of my arms which is also helping, but this pillow has really made the most difference in the pain I have had, I felt difference from the first time I put my head on it. It's comfortable, the perfect height I got the 4"-5", I also got the queen size and it's great. It supports my head just right. I also ordered the Saatva Classic 14" mattress from the company and I sure hope it's as good or better would be great because I have back issues for the last 50 years.
