I had to knock off a star because the handle is not quite as good as other Klein tools. The plastic is not as clear. The TIP-IDENT bottlecap marking is off-center and not fully printed. The bottle opener sticks out at a slight angle. This does not affect the performance, but it does detract from the novelty somewhat.

Initially it was a bit challenging to set up as I was not fortunate enough to have assistance (the instructions tell you that you need two people for part of the installation process). I also had to play around with placement a bit as my available installation space was extremely limited and neither of the listed/'suggested mounting situations worked for me; however, with some head-scratching and debating with myself, I finally figured how to make it work how and where I needed it it, and all was good!! It functions well, and holds adequate weight, and looks really good with the light lacquer finish...the only thing I will say to a potential buyer is to make sure you have room to walk past it easily when its closed down because it still sticks out a few inches even when closed down...overall, very happy with this item and would purchase again.
