The Guinea pig TMPRSS2 (Transmembrane Protease, Serine 2) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Guinea pig TMPRSS2. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Guinea pig TMPRSS2 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Guinea pig TMPRSS2, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Guinea pig TMPRSS2. You can calculate the concentration of Guinea pig TMPRSS2 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Heading misleading is not cloth, it is 100% polyester (plastic).

Product title says "ALYVIA SPRING Waterproof Fabric Shower Curtain Liner, Washable Cloth Shower Curtain for Bathroom - Standard Size 72x72", so one would assume it is cloth. However, when I got it, it is 100% polyester, so I went to Amazon and checked, and it does say 100% polyester in the smaller product description, so the heading is 100% misleading. I raised my review from one star to four because it feels decent, does not contain PVC or BPA, and the quality seems outstanding after I washed it (as I would with all new items to rid it of any residual manufacturing smells and chemicals). Still, the product heading is misleading. Usually, I try to get non-plastic and all-natural products as much as possible, so this is not a usual purchase item for me.
