來自酒蔵的介紹說道、保存，保存於葡萄酒酒櫃等（約15℃）再次讓酒熟成、會令酒的味道更加濃郁、層次變化更豐富。
另外，日本酒通常都是由一個酒桶去釀造出一個種類的酒，但永山本家酒造場則是通過混合不同酒桶的日本酒，再去造出融合而成的日本酒（貴 HARMONY）產品。
