American Made Since 1988- The WaterRower Walnut Original Series rowing machine encapsulates the beauty and richness of the American Black Walnut within each WaterRower Walnut. The signature chocolate-brown coloration will vary in complexity and is complimented with hints of gray, red, and purple tones…though uniform in coloration, each piece of Walnut wood contains its own inimitable identity. Each rowing machine has been hand-finished with three coats of Danish Oil giving a deep luster and warmth to the wood.

Walnut Wood has been chosen due to its marvelous engineering properties, primary amongst these is its ability to absorb sound and vibration enhancing the WaterRower's quiet and smooth operation. Black Walnut, like all woods used in WaterRower rowing machine construction, is a premium hardwood with incredible longevity and dimensional stability. For reasons of ecology, all our woods are harvested from replenishable forests.
The WaterRower Walnut now comes standard with our S4 BLE monitor, providing a robust assortment of in-workout performance data and advanced training features. Enjoy a quick-start workout session or delve into our assortment of time, distance and advanced zone training workouts to reach your training goals. The S4 BLE provides a built-in Bluetooth feature, allowing for seamless connection to our portfolio of popular indoor rowing apps, such as WATERROWER CONNECT and CITYROW.
